I had an excellent experience at this clinic. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcome and well cared for. The manager, Yailin Pontigo, does an outstanding job running the office. She is organized, professional, and truly committed to providing a smooth and positive experience for every patient. Dr. Vidal is exceptional — knowledgeable, attentive, and very thorough. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you feel comfortable and confident about your treatment. The front desk coordinator, Erica, is friendly, efficient, and always ready to help with scheduling and any questions. She makes the administrative process easy and stress-free. The hygienist, Lianet, is absolutely amazing. She is gentle, detailed, and very professional. She makes the cleaning process comfortable while still being extremely thorough. Overall, this clinic stands out because of its professionalism, warmth, and high standard of care. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental services.
